The Al-Ahsa Beekeepers Cooperative Society announces its need to appoint an Executive Director.


Requirements and Qualifications: - Saudi nationality - Available to work full-time in the mornings - Suitable educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Proficiency in computer programs - Sufficient experience in marketing and management for no less than 3 years - Familiarity with the field of cooperative societies Skills and Competencies: - Proficiency in guidance and supervision - Proficiency in planning and follow-up - Proficiency in thinking, creativity, and development - Proficiency in artistic production of the association's media products - Proficiency in computer skills Work Location: Al-Ahsa Governorate Administrative Unit: Senior Management Direct Report: Board of Directors Role of the Executive Director: The incumbent is responsible for preparing and formulating the association's strategic and work plans, supervising their implementation, overseeing the implementation of approved policies, overseeing the performance of the association's administrative units, directing and correcting performance trends, and making executive decisions in accordance with work requirements. Executive Director Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise all activities of the Association, in accordance with the powers delegated to him, and to achieve the Association's goals and aspirations. Prepare strategic plans, translate the established objectives and strategies into operational plans, and supervise their follow-up. Work to develop and improve work systems and procedures and supervise their follow-up. Monitor the progress of the Association's operations, ensuring their compliance with approved rules and regulations. Apply the principles and standards of Association governance and supervise their implementation to achieve the Association's full performance. Evaluate the Association's activities, review plans periodically and regularly, and develop them. Clarify responsibilities and authorities at all levels, distribute tasks and responsibilities, and delegate powers within the Association. Oversee the preparation of the Association's annual budget and final accounts. Approve the Association's expenditures, including purchases, expenses, invoices, contracts, and payments due to suppliers, in accordance with the approved list of powers. Represent the Association in concluding agreements and contracts within the limits of the powers delegated to him. Follow up on securing financial resources from the supervising authority, funders, and donors, and strive to develop financial resources to achieve financial sustainability. Represent the association at forums, meetings, and interviews, and work to highlight the association's positive image and areas of work. Prepare periodic reports on the association's achievements and evaluate them with the aim of improving performance and workflow. Supervise the preparation of the annual report on the association's activities and work. Evaluate the association's administrative units and discuss their annual performance according to the plan's indicators and outputs. Evaluate the performance of the association's employees and propose promotions and raises. Form committees and work teams as needed and within the limits of the authority delegated to him. Hold periodic meetings with department heads to discuss their reports and make the necessary recommendations. Submit reports on the progress of work and the association's performance, along with the necessary suggestions and recommendations. Perform any tasks assigned to him related to his job objectives.
